The 8th annual Lake Champlain Bluegrass Festival will be held this year on August 7th-9th, 2009.  This 3 day festival promises to be an enjoyable weekend event for the whole family.  The festival will again be held on Route 2 in Alburgh, VT.  We really like this festival because it is RV friendly.  Every year hundreds of RVs full of campers come together to experience a weekend of camping, music and fun.  As always camping at the Lake Champlain Bluegrass Festival is free to all ticket holders.

This year features extremely talented bands such as Rhonda Vincent and the Rage, Bob Degree and the Bluegrass Storm, The Grascals and Acoustic Blue with more bands to be announced at a later date.  The Festival also will feature a fiddle and banjo contest, a craft show, an RV display by Pete’s RV Center and much, much more.

Ticket prices this year are $60.00 per person for a 3-day pass if purchased between 6/1/09 and 7/26/09 and $70.00 per person if purchased after 7/26/09.  One day passes run $35.00 per person for Friday and Saturday and only $25.00 on Sunday.  Children under 12 are free!
