The Bunkhouse Floor Plan
As the name implies, this RV floor plan utilizes bunk beds. It’s a great way to double the sleeping accommodations without losing as much floor space. The top bunk could be on top of a bottom bunk or another piece of furniture, such as a convertible sofa bed or a desk. In most cases, the bunk bed is the size of a twin bed and is best suited for kids.
The Front Kitchen Floor Plan
Those who love cooking tend to choose the front kitchen RV floor plan. The kitchen is spacious with extra counter space and storage space. It’s easy to cook delicious meals on the road with a front kitchen camper.
The Rear Kitchen Floor Plan
This RV floor plan has the same perks of the front kitchen floor plan, but the kitchen is placed in the back of the camper. Many of these RVs come with a small “L” in the counter to provide extra surface space. The cook can prepare meals while chatting with those in the next room, making this floor plan a highly social one.
The Front Living Floor Plan
Here, the living space is at the front of the camper and the sleeping space is in the rear. These RVs usually come with higher ceilings in the bedroom and bathroom, which results to extra storage space, bigger closets, and improved comfort for taller individuals.
There is also typically more separation between the living area and the kitchen. There can even be a curtain to further separate the areas. This makes the rooms more distinct, which can make the RV feel more like a traditional house.
The Rear Living Floor Plan
With this style, sleeping accommodations are in the front. These campers come with an impressive variety of bedroom and bathroom layout options, making it easy to find the best match for your family’s unique needs.
